We process and send orders during our main business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm CET (excluding Bulgarian public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are sent on the first working day of the courier.

The offered delivery methods are:
- Standard delivery with Speedy - 3 - 4 working days - € 6 - (Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia and Cyprus).
- FedEx express delivery (applies to all countries not served by Speedy), 3 - 4 working days - € 19.90.
When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.

We offer a 14 day return policy.
This 14 days starts as soon as your item arrives. Returns will not be accepted on any items that arrive after this 14 days.
To be eligible for a return your item must comply with the following conditions:
• The item hasn't been worn
• The item is returned in the same condition, in the original bags with tags still attached. Any item that arrives to us without either their original tags or packaging will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be provided.
• The item must be in original, saleable condition. Any items that arrives with heavily damaged packaging will not be refunded.
